How do we keep your information safe? Raypar Logistics LLC protects your personal data with strong organizational and technical safeguards. Their platform complies with PCI DSS Level 1 and HIPAA standards, ensuring security through TLS 1.2 encryption for data sent over networks and AES-256 encryption for stored files. 

However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can guarantee to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Funeral directors and staff will use your personal details, as well as those of your loved ones, to conduct the services you have requested, afterwards you will be contacted to verify such information.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and mortuary transport services, when you participate in activities on the mortuary transport services, or otherwise when the Funeral Director, mortuary Staff, Donor Network agencies, Coroners contact us.

Personal information provided by you, and or funeral director, mortuary staff, donor network agencies, coroners. Overlay personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the mortuary transport services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:

• Names

• Phone numbers

• Email addresses

• Mailing addresses

• Birthdays

• Date of passing

• Time of passing

Sensitive Information. All process information is supplied by companies that engage our services. When required, and with your consent or as permitted by applicable law, we process the following categories of sensitive information:

• Health data, specific as communicable diseases, life saving devices.

Funeral directors, mortuary staff, coroners, and hospitals must supply accurate personal details and report any changes.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

We process your information that is provide to us, to comply, improve, and administer our Services, we communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.

We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:

• To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user. We may process your information to provide you with the requested service.

• To enable user-to-user communications. We may process your information if you choose to use any of our offerings that allow for communication with another user.

• Birthday, date of passing, time of passing, location of deceased, to accurately identify the deceased person, prior request from funeral directors, mortuary staff, coroners, and hospitals.

We may need to share your personal information in the following situations:

• Body Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during body transfers of to the Funeral Establishments, Coroners or hospitals depending on the requested service.

• Affiliates. We may share your information about our affiliates, technicians, and drivers in which case we will require those individuals to honor this Privacy Notice. Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.

We will never disclose any personal information such as Phone numbers and SMS consent with any third parties for marketing purposes.

We keep the provided information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.

Raypar Logistics LLC does not intentionally collect data from individuals under the age of 18. All information is submitted by funeral directors, mortuary staff, coroners, and hospitals solely for the purpose of arranging transportation of deceased individuals. In cases where the deceased is a minor, we manage the information with the same level of care and security as with all other cases.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit data from individuals under 18 years old. By using our Services, you confirm that you are either at least 18, or you are a minor using the Services under the supervision of funeral directors who meet work requirements and have given permission for your use. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will promptly deactivate their account and delete the data. If you believe we may have gathered such information, please contact us immediately at rayparlogisticsllc@gmail.com.

7. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time, depending on your county and or city of residence.

Withdrawing our consent: Raypar Logistics LLC. is relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT us ABOUT THIS NOTICE?" below.

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be Tracked online. If a standard for online Tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

California law requires us to let you know now we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.
