Raypar Logistics Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Raypar Logistics LLC website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Mobile Messaging Service (SMS) Raypar Logistics LLC. operates a mobile messaging program that allows us to communicate with our customers, technicians, and partners regarding logistics, service requests, and status updates.

• Program Description: By subscribing to Raypar Logistics LLC messaging,      you agree to receive recurring automated text messages (e.g., transport status, arrival times, invoices, or employee coordination) at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been  unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at 510-449-6569.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Message  Frequency: Message frequency varies based on user interaction and active service requests.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

1- SMS Consent Communication:

The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2- Types of SMS Communications:

If you have consented to receive text messages from Raypar Logistics LLC, you may receive messages related to the following (provide specific examples):

Follow-up messages

Example: Driver #1, Meet driver #2 at this address, at this time, to pick up this person. Person is overweight! Possibly Infections! Take extra precautions! Call office with any issues. Thank you Dispatch.

3- Message Frequency:

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 15 SMS messages per week related to death first calls.

Example:

"Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 2 SMS messages per day regarding death first call status."

4- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
